SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates generally to radio frequency (RF) generators, and namely to the radio frequency generator circuits, where an inductor is used. Method of generating signals, as well as radio frequency circuits for the generation of radio frequency signals, containing active devices, control the operation of consecutive resonant circuits are disclosed. Sequential resonant circuits contain an autoresonant double inductor. In this case, the first and second spools are spatially arranged in such a way, to provide the selected parasitic capacitance and inductance of the double inductor, which together form a resonant circuit, having a resonant frequency in the radio frequency range. RF generators can be used to feed a signal into a capacitive load.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of radio frequency generators.
