FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication and can be used as an analogue signal amplifier, in analogue microcircuit structures for various purposes (e.g. in operational amplifiers (op-amp)) with low power supply voltage. The differential amplifier (DA) has first (1) and second (2) input transistors (T), whose bases are connected to the first (3) and second (4) inputs of the DA, an output current mirror (CM) (5) having a current input (6), a current output (7), first (8) and second (9) potential inputs, first (10), second (11) and third (12) current stabilising two-terminal networks (TTN), where the first (8) and second (9) potential inputs of the CM (5) are connected to the bus (13) of the first power supply (PS) through the first (10) and the second (11) TTN, the current input (6) of the CM (5) is connected to the bus (14) of the second PS through the third (12) TTN, and the output (15) of the DA is connected to the current output (7) of the CM (5). The emitters of the first (1) and second (2) input T are connected to the corresponding first (8) and second (9) potential inputs of the CM (5) through the first (16) and second (17) potential matching circuits.
EFFECT: wider range of variation of input inphase signals.
