FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as amplification device of analogue signals, in structure of analogue microcircuit chips of various functional purpose (e.g. SiGe-operational amplifiers, comparing units). Output voltage of differential amplifier (DA) is received at non-symmetric activation of load, which depends both on voltage on the basis of the first (1) (uinp1), and on the basis of the second (2) (uinp2) input transistors (T), i.e. implementation of function uoutput=Ka(uinp1-uinp2), where Ka>1 - amplification coefficient as to voltage. DA includes the first (1) and the second (2) input T, collectors of which are connected to the first (3) bus of power supply (PS), the first (4) and the second (5) current-stabilising bipoles (CB) connected to the second (6) bus of PS. To the circuit there introduced is the first (7) and the second (8) additional resistors (R), as well as additional current mirror (CM) (9) the input of which is connected to the first CB (4), output is connected to the second CB (5), and common emitter output is connected to emitter of additional output T (10) and additional CB (11); at that, base of T (10) is connected to output of CM (9), the first R (7) is connected between input of CM (9) and emitter of T (1), and the second R (8) is connected between emitter of T (2) and output of CM (9).
EFFECT: improvement of differential amplifier design.
