FIELD: physics, communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in different devices based on phase-locked loop systems, particularly in phase-shift keyed signal receivers for generating reference voltage during locked-in detection. The device has a phase-locked loop system which includes two quadrature channels, each of which has a quadrature mixer and a signal accumulator at the output of which current corresponding values of signals Ai and Bi are generated, a discriminator, a control law former, a unit for prohibiting target designation input, a frequency synthesiser, a device for secondary signal accumulation during the detection interval Tdet, a comparator, a memory element. The device for secondary signal accumulation during the detection interval is made such that, accumulation takes place through addition of the difference between current values of moduli of Ai and Bi from outputs of signal accumulators respectively.
EFFECT: possibility of setting any detection threshold.
