FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of radio electronics components from polymer composite materials. Proposed method comprises arranging layers of prepreg based on reinforcing material impregnated by thermo reactive epoxy binder and layer of aluminium foil. Aforesaid layers are cut to preset length, while width of aluminium foil should be some 40 to 60 mm smaller than that of prepreg layer. Reinforcing materials of prepreg represent structural and insulating glass fabric. Glass fabric-base prepreg layers, one sheet of aluminium foil and one insulating glass fabric-based prepreg layers are laid on form surface. Then, aluminium sheet is perforated through outer prepreg layer based on insulating glass fabric. At least, one layer of absorbing filtration fabric is laid onto perforated surface to be removed after forming.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability, lower costs.
