SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for repair of railroad cars and is intended for repair of car repair. Proposed machine comprises portal frame moving along track and incorporating hoists, work platforms, straightening device arranged to move vertically and locking mechanisms interconnected by follow-up system. Telescopic portal frame consists of lower part (1) that moves horizontally and upper part (2) moving vertically relative to aforesaid lower part. Carriage (5) with rotary mechanism (6) is arranged atop portal. Straightening devices represent load-bearing elements consisting of large (8) and small clamps (15), as well as straightening jacks (16). Note that large (8) is mounted atop the portal, while smaller clamps (15) and straightening jacks (16) are mounted below portal.
