FIELD: railway transport; repair of cars at car repair works and depots. SUBSTANCE: mounted straightener has frame with cross beam installed in vertical guides. Beam is made movable and is furnished with guides for straightening jack. Frame is made in form of closed rectangular rigid member on lower of with movable supports are mounted and unit for mating with gondola car coupling gear is rigidly secured. Grips movable in three planes are installed in upper part of frame for engagement with gondola car to be repaired.
