FIELD: railway transport; repair of cars in pits without uncoupling of rail car. SUBSTANCE: device is secured on lower beam of car repair machine and has bracket with lifting and turning device, turnable housing and boom 10 with movable straightening jack installed in housing for longitudinal displacement. Boom is hinge coupled with longitudinal displacement hydraulic cylinder 11 installed on turnable housing. Lifting-and-slewing gear is made in form of plunger cylinder whose cover is provided with cup with guide bushing 6. Turnable housing is coupled with rod of lifting-and-slewing gear and is provided with sliding support made in form of pedestal with shoe which has cylindrical surface mated with outer cylindrical surface of lifting-and-slewing gear in its lower part.
