SUBSTANCE: anchor device consists of collet with base and flexible blades external surface of which is tooth cut and limits collet travelling up and down; internal surface of flexible elements is designed to wedge; further, the device consists of spacing element installed inside collet and spacing flexible blades and of at least one clamping element designed to self-release or secured in lower part of flexible blades compressing them; clamping element is shaped with acute ends projecting beyond collet base.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of anchor device operation with survey instrument.
