FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises four vibration isolators mounted on a base and rigidly connected to a supporting platform by bolts. Every vibration isolator consists of a base and a pendulum suspension. The base of every vibration isolator includes horizontal supporting plates coupled by vertical partitions. Each of the resilient elements is in the form of a spring, inside which a damper is located between the support rings for fixing the ends of the springs. The damper is made in the form of a sleeve inside which a piston with screw grooves on its surface is located with a gap. The piston is connected to a rod installed in the sleeve cover. A sealing cuff is fitted around the rid in the sleeve cover. The piston and sub-piston cavities of the damper are filled with antifriction grease. A vibration damping gasket is installed between the upper support ring and the upper part of the rod, as well as between the lower support ring and the lower part of the sleeve.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
