FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: anti-vibration system consists of at least four bumpers of different stiffness. A platform rests on two vertically arranged bumpers and of a bumping element. One bumper is installed over a free end of the platform and with another end it is attached to a lever. At least two bumpers are fastened to the lever on opposite sides relative to the free end of the platform. The bumping element formed with two axial cylinder sleeves is mounted on the opposite end of the platform. A pressure tight circular cavity is formed between external and internal sleeves. An upper part of the cavity is closed with a movable circular flange, while the lower one is closed with a circular washer. A circular piston with throttling holes is arranged in the circular cavity. The piston is hinged by means of at least three rods with the circular flange whereupon a spring rests. An upper base of the spring thrusts against a cover rigidly connected with a rod of the damper. A bushing is rigidly tied with the cover and operates as a guide for the spring. The rod is installed coaxially to sleeves. A lower end of the rod is connected with a vibration protected object, while an upper one is connected with the cover.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of anti-vibration in resonance mode.
