SUBSTANCE: system comprises at side of stationary equipment serially connected switching centre, transcoder, controller of basic stations and basic stations, control panels of train dispatchers and station on duty personnel, at movable object the following components are added - transceiver, block of recording coordinates of zones of responsibility and register of recording train numbers, serially connected positioning unit, comparison circuit and block of train number and responsibility zone generation.
EFFECT: provides for selection of required train dispatcher and station on duty personnel in digital train radio communication by using accurate detection of train location in zone of responsibility of according manager.
