SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and communication, and can be used to control locomotive safety devices. System comprises a control centre installed in control unit locomotive radio stations, a storage unit, a processing unit and data analysis, hardware and software device workstation train dispatcher, warning and identification unit block. Each railway station is equipped with remote control operator station and radio base station, which are connected with dispatch centre by means of data transmission network. Each locomotive train is fitted with train protection system, coordination unit, locomotive radio station and driver panel, wherein locomotive radio stations, radio server and radio base stations are adapted to set up radio communication based on DMR standard.

EFFECT: real-time control of on-board safety control devices.
