SUBSTANCE: invention refers to meat processing industry, particularly to production of protein meat loaf. Meat loaf contains mince meat, potato starch, soya bean texturator, salted pork fat, canned green pea, table salt, ground black pepper, and water or milk. Milk of animal origin or soya bean milk is used as milk. Components are chosen at a certain ratio.
EFFECT: facilitating increased amount of protein, and nutrition and energy value of finished product.
