FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to functional food nutrition and can be used for treatment of patients after acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke or traumatic injure of brain. Meat product for functional and dietary nutrition is produced out of meat and brain of pigs-convalescents at specific period of their recuperation upon acute hemorrhagic stroke modelled on them. The procedure consists in milling raw meat, in charging it into a mixer with addition of vegetable component, salt and water, in boiling, and in homogenisation; also produced mixture is pre-packed into lamister cans of 100 g capacity; while sterilisation is carried out at 115±1°C under the mode 25-35-30 min at counter-pressure 0.22 MPa.

EFFECT: facilitating slowing-down progressing vascular dementia at primary and repeated craniocerebral injuries after surgeries of brain and spinal cord, at cerebral spastic infantile paralysis, and also of children and persons of elderly age for rehabilitation or stabilisation of brain malfunctions.
