FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to pharmacology, biochemistry and deals with creation of novel efficient medication for treatment of hypoxic states, intoxications, combined tissue affections and mitochondrial dysfunctions with various degree of expression. Claimed medication is characterised by presence of specific set of peptides with molecular weight 250-7000 Da and a number of dominant amino acids: glutamic acid, asparagic acid, glycin, alanine, serine and valine. Said medication is obtained from organs and tissues of day-old piglets which were subjected to severe hypoxia during delivery and which were born in litter starting from 2 and to the last individual. Organs are homogenised at Ph=7.3-7.6, insoluble enzymes are separated from homogenate, mitochondrial fraction is obtained, after that - mitochondria content, lipid components are extracted from obtained mixture with hexane, after which clarifying and sterilising filtration of lipid mixture is carried out and final product, frozen at temperature -28..-30°C is lyophilised.
EFFECT: invention ensures specificity of pharmacological impact, in particular neuroprotective and hepatoprotective, membrane-stabilising and anti-ischemic, and considerable medication activity.
