FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and namely to dietology, neurology, neurorehabilitology as well as to food industry. Food products are prepared from muscular and other tissues obtained during butchering of cattle (pigs) by which acute stroke has been pre-caused. Those products have not only nutritional value but also neurorehabilitation action on the organism of the patients who suffered acute ischemic or apoplectic blood-stroke (primary or repeated), and hypoxic or traumatic brain damages. The product is recommended to be used once a day in quantity of approximately 0.5 gram per 1 kg of the mass. The course lasts 2 weeks to 1.5 months.
EFFECT: product use speeds up recovery of central nervous system functions at the above pathology.
