FIELD: medicine, in particular, equipment for performing therapeutic and sanitation-prophylactic massaging of human body.
SUBSTANCE: massaging apparatus has casing with upper longitudinal member serving as handle, and is equipped at its ends with cantilevered parts on which semi-axles are secured. Detachable massaging members are put onto semi-axles for rotation and defining longitudinal and transverse rows. Massaging members are formed as bodies of rotation, for example, as rollers. Casing is made detachable and consists of two clip-shaped parts. Semi-axles retained on cantilevered parts are axially joined in pairs. Detachable massaging members may be heated or cooled.
EFFECT: increased massaging efficiency owing to combined mechanical and thermal contrasting action.
