FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly anaesthesiology, and can be applied as an anaesthetic aid in extremities surgery. Therefore, block anaesthesia is performed. A stick point of a needle is measured at 2-3 cm in the distal direction from a cross point of the perpendicular recovered to inguinal fold and a line passing in parallel to said inguinal fold through the middle of greater trochanter. Then an anaesthetic is introduced into the derived point.
EFFECT: method provides adequate anaesthesia within required region ensured by simultaneous blockade of sciatic and femoral nerves from the same stick point.
