FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to combustiology and surgery, and concerns vast wound healing. That is ensured by covering a wound with a polycomposite dressing representing a combination of gel mixture of water-soluble polysaccharides, and coated with a film containing at least fluorine rubber latex and a plant polysaccharide.
EFFECT: combined application of said gel and film of a certain composition provides fast wound epithelisation and reduced potential scarring due to specific horizontal growth of lower basal layer of cells.
