FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of complex granules of bitumen particles with inertial powder filler and may be used for production of asphalt concrete. Aggregate for production of granulated material with coating comprises driven horizontal drums with cells on outer surface, device for charging of loose material, reservoir for collection of finished product. Outer surface of drums is arranged of elastic material, and in inner volumes of drums there are cams arranged as adjacent to elastic surface. Over drums there are devices installed for supply of powder onto surface of cells, and also there are the following components arranged serially - reservoir-heater of bitumen joined in lower part to pneumatic sprayer, under which there is a cooler of bitumen particles and mixer.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce complex granules of solid particles, and also to apply powder onto surface of granules with formation of strong coating on them.
