FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: thin layer of mineral powder is deposited onto a moving belt conveyor 7, 8. When the powder layer moves under a spray unit for producing droplets-nuclei 10 of a viscous liquid, the droplets fall on its surface and particles of the powder stick to the droplets. There is a vibrator 11 in the zone of the spray unit 10 under the conveyor 7, 8. In the loading zone under the conveyor 7, 8 there is a bin for receiving powder 13, linked to a conveyor system with apparatus for loading starting material 3.
EFFECT: invention allows for designing a unit, useful in production of asphalt concrete, especially during winter, and compound fertiliser.
