FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrically clean transport vehicles and charging devices for them. Transport vehicle includes electric energy storage device, electric energy converter, connecting part for connection of electric device located outside the automobile and electric energy converter, electronic control device for reading out the key information. Key information corresponds to registration information recorded in transport vehicle. Electronic control device includes controller to control electric energy converter. Converter receives key information from electric device and supplies electric energy to electric energy storage device and receives it from it when key information corresponds to registration information. Electric device includes electronic control device, electric device, transmitting part, receiving part. Electronic control device reads out key information and allows the start of transport vehicle when key information corresponds to registration information. Electric device includes read-out part for reading the key information, part for supplying and receiving electric energy to and from electric energy storage device, transmitting part for transmitting the key information to transport vehicle, and receiving part to receive the signal which indicates whether key information really corresponds to registration information.

EFFECT: preventing electric energy supply to the automobiles which are not allowed to be charged.
