FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to bioengineering. A heparin binding protein is extracted from a periplasma culture of procariotic cells. The extracted heparin binding protein is denatured in a first buffer solution containing a chaotropic agent and a reducing agent and the extracted denatured heparin binding protein is incubated in a second buffer solution containing a chaotropic agent and a sulphated polyanionic agent, where the said sulphated polyanionic agent is sodium or sulphate or dextran sulphate, for a period of time and under conditions where repeated deposition of the heparin binding protein takes place.
EFFECT: invention enables obtaining a repeatedly deposited heparin binding protein, where approximately 2-5 times increase in amount of the obtained repeatedly deposited heparin binding protein compared to incubation without the sulphated polyanionic agent is possible.
