FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of purifying protein having Fc domain from an initial liquid by adsorption of such protein on a Fc-binding substance, such as, Protein A or Protein G, followed by washing in a buffer solution containing a bivalent cation salt for the purpose of impurity removal, and following protein recovery from the Fc-binding substance.
EFFECT: method allows purifying effectively the protein having Fc-domain from the initial liquid containing said protein and one or more impurities chosen from a group consisting of intron interpretation versions, low disulphide bond versions and low molecular weight versions.
