FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in piling wall made of metal elements of double-tee shaped cross section, every of which has two shelves installed symmetrically versus axis of wall and parallel to it, and in the centre they are rigidly fixed to each other by means of wall arranged to shelves at the right angle, and at longitudinal edges of each shelf there are lock elements arranged, either female - in the form of cartridge, or male - in the form of cams, and connection of those elements by means of cams inserting into cartridges provides for combination of adjacent metal elements into piling wall with creation of cells - cavities closed in plan, on one shelf of each metal elements there are two cartridges arranged, and on the opposite shelf - here are two cams, besides, centres of cams are arranged at the lines that are parallel to axis of metal element and passing through cartridges in sections with maximum height of cavity, and all lock elements are arranged at internal surfaces of shelves inverted to axis of piling wall, at the same time ratio of shelf width to width of metal element wall is maintained within the limits of 0.6-0.8 in the metal element with ratio of shelf thickness to its width of 0.020-0.0225, and of 0.55-0.7 in metal element with ratio of shelf thickness to its width of 0.0225-0.025. At the same time cells with lock joints installed in them for provision of water impermeability and protection of locking elements against corrosion are filled with concrete or another hardening material.
EFFECT: arrangement of piling wall with bearing capacity that equals available solutions, provided by certain parametres of double-tee elements and parametres of lock joints, which make it possible to reduce its specific metal intensity, and provision of piling wall lock joints protection against erosion effect of sea wave.
