SUBSTANCE: random microwave pulse generator includes microwave amplifier, directional coupler and load, feedback circuit containing resonator which is linear, and delay line with ferrite film, which is made in the form of non-linear dispersive delay line on magnetostatic waves.
EFFECT: providing generation of stationary sequence of random microwave pulse frequencies without external effect.
