FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: at the side of document source there is a database created with biometric images of addressees. For each addressee and source of document they generate open and closed keys. Closed key of addressee is packed into trained artificial neuron network (ANN), symmetrical coding key is generated, and document text is coded on it. Asymmetric coding key is generated, symmetric key is coded on it, closed key of addressee is destroyed, codogram including coded symmetric key and coded text of the document is generated, codogram is covered with electronic digital signature (EDS) and is sent to addressee. At addressee side EDS validity is confirmed, closed key of addressee is extracted from trained INS by sending of addressee biometric image parametres to its inlets, and this key is used to generate asymmetric key, on which symmetric key is decoded to decode document text.

EFFECT: generation of coding keys only at document source side and delivery of these keys to addressee, reduction of time that addressee closed keys remain in open condition, provision of automatic authorisation of closed keys and control of transmitted information integrity.
