SUBSTANCE: according to the disclosed method of creating a "depersonalised" public key certificate, involving disposing into the certificate data on the certifying centre, user name, personal data thereof, user public key and other cryptographic data used when creating and verifying the electronic digital signature (EDS) of the certificate holder and the EDS of the certifying centre, the time when the certificate was created, the validity period of the certificate, the authority of the certificate holder, seizure of all data of the "depersonalised" certificate of the EDS of the certifying centre, some of the personal data of the user before being disposed in the "depersonalised" certificate are encrypted on the public key of the user and the private key of the certification centre.
EFFECT: ensuring full or partial confidentiality of personal data of a certificate holder.
