SUBSTANCE: couple is formed from open and closed keys of electronic ID card owner. Open key is entered into electronic ID card. At the same time closed key is used as specified code to train artificial neuron network, afterwards table of trained artificial neuron network description is placed in generated ID card, and electronic digital signature is generated twice, for the first time - for the unit made of open key and identification data, afterwards this unit and the first electronic digital signature are coded on closed key of ID card owner and are entered in ID card in coded form, then closed key of ID card owner is eliminated, and the second time - electronic digital signature is generated for the whole content of ID card, afterwards the second electronic digital signature is also placed in ID card.

EFFECT: invention provides for hiding of personal identification data of a person from others and expanded field of application of electronic biometric ID card.
