FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. The patient undergoes the differentiated dissection and cooling of liver tissue with a jet of CO2 gas supplied at an angle 45° to the liver surface under pressure 1.5 MPa through a nozzle of diametre 0.6 mm at gas temperature - 9.0°C at a distance 2 mm between the nozzle and the tissue. Blood vessels and biliary ducts of maintained integrity are separated and ligatured.
EFFECT: technique allows preventing parenchymatous bleedings and bile flow, separating intact blood vessels.
