SUBSTANCE: jet scalpel uses actuator 3 with a casing, nozzle and a working substance supply system with controlling means; the working system supply system has a power cylinder with back end A for working substance connected by the controlling means in the form of distributor 1 to the excessive pressure gas source; distributor 1 has a pneumatic cell provided with a check ball valve with lifter 13 located for engagement with spring-loaded link 19 connected to lever 17 secured by means of axle 18 on the casing of actuator 3; the nozzle is a double-stage one made in the form of a watch stone with through hole 15 and shaping outlet tube.
