FIELD: surgical instruments applicable in operation of liver. SUBSTANCE: knife has polymer blade with handle and suction tube with nose. Polymer blade has rounded teeth over entire length of cutting edge. Nose of vacuum aspirator has side holes on working end and bend in form semiring for catching liver tubular structures, and their preparations from surrounding tissues. Nose is connected with blades so that its bent part locates on blade end. End of nose bent part is ended blindly and is of hemispherical shape. The other end has adapter for connection with aspirator tube. As a result, knife makes it possible to separate liver tissues without damage to main tubular structures (vascular-secretory limbs of segments and lobes), provides for rapid removal of tissue detritus and blood, and good visualization of tubular structures, and for catching liver tubular structures and their preparation from surrounding tissues. EFFECT: highly efficient in operation of liver. 2 cl, 1 dwg
