FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: lobar and/or segments separation area is dissected 3-5 mm deep within prospective resection using scalpel. Then liver parenchyma layerwise dyhitoclasia is carried out, thus defining liver wound edges stretched between vascular-duct formations of portal tract, hepatic vein branches. Lower branch-screen of a surgical clip is inserted hereunder to press and through aperture in upper branch vascular-duct formations and hepatic veins are crossed with CO2-laser radiation at target power 40 W, beam diameter 1.8-2.0 mm, power density 1200-1500 W/cm.
EFFECT: essential decrease in haemorrhage volume; improvement of postoperative period course and reduction of operative duration.
