FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology and can be used in treatment of the patients with psoriasis. That is ensured by detoxification therapy, administration of antihistamines and hepatoprotectors. Additionally, at the stage of advance, local aerocryotherapy is applied at temperature -140°÷-160°C and exposure time 1-2 min per 1 dm² of a skin lesion to the stage of white ischemic spot, twice a week. Therapy course is 10-15 daily procedures. Further, the steady stage of psoriasis involves general aerocryotherapy at temperature -110°÷-130°C during 120-180 sec in number of three courses of 25, 20 and 15 daily procedures. The courses are performed every 2 months.

EFFECT: method provides stabilisation of clinical presentations of psoriasis, prolonged remission without applying systemic and local corticosteroids, normalised immunogram indices and improved immunological control in comparison with the reference group.
