FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for psoriasis treatment. PUVA-therapy is performed in a radiation booth "Waldmann UV7002" with luminescent lamps Philips TL 100w\10R, initial dose of UV-A makes 50-70 % of minimum phototoxic dose with application of photosensitizer 8-meoxypsoralen. Therapeutic course is 20 procedures, the frequency of procedure is 4 times a week; in the absence of erythema, the radiation dose is increased every second procedure by 1.0 J/cm2; if a mild erythema occurs, the radiation dose is not increased; the maximum single dose of UV-A is 15-18 J/cm2. In addition, general aerocryotherapy is performed using ICEQUEEN cryocapsule; duration of aerocryotherapy is 5 weeks with course of 15 procedures.
EFFECT: method enables faster regression of skin rashes and prolonged remission due to combined application of psoralen photosensitizers with skin exposure to long-wavelength ultraviolet light at wave length 320-400 nm and cryotherapy.
