FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and covers microinvasive glaucoma surgery. It involves conjunctiva incision of the length 2 mm perpendicularly to a limb tangent. A surface scleral flap is trapezoidal with bases 2×3 mm and height 2 mm with its greater base to the limb; and from lateral faces of the surface scleral flap at its base, sclera is excised in the form of triangles measured 0.5×0.5 mm to form recesses. Excision of deep scleral layers together with an external wall of ciliary canal and a segment of corneoscleral tissue is followed with replacing the scleral flap.
EFFECT: method allows ensuring reliable hypotensive effect due to reduced risk of sclera-sclera adhesion formation ensured by a shorter outflow tract of intraocular liquid under conjunctivas.
