FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technology of disinfectant polymer materials and can be used in chemical industry as a filter medium or an additive for mixed filter mediums or a component of filter composites for disinfecting and treating of fluids, mainly potable water, or gases. The material consists of a solid, water insoluble, polymer material containing chlorine atoms reversible connected with nitrogen and phosphorus atoms of oxidation degree +5, and cross-linked by linking phosphor-containing ions with melamine links of polymer chains. The method for making the material implies chlorination of the solid water insoluble cross-linked polymer material prepared by condensation of phosphate melamine and paraform or water soluble inorganic phosphate, melamine and paraform. Cross-linking of said material is ensured by linking phosphor-containing ions with melamine links of polymer chains directly during production of said product.
EFFECT: material is autooxidation resistanct, recovers active chlorine in controlled concentration and inactivates microorganisms in direct contact in liquid and gaseous mediums.
