FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to hydrogenate multi-component fluid composition. Reactor comprises inlet channel with inner diametre that determines cross section of inlet flow, outlet channel that determines cross section of outlet flow, and closed reaction volume. Reaction volume makes not more than 10 cm3 and is filled with fixed nozzle material that increases resistance to current and facilitates mixing of fluid composition. Inlet and outlet channels are formed with split joint structures for reactor connection. And part of reactor that limits reaction volume is arranged in the form of expanded part. Inner diametre of this part is 5-10 times more than diametre of inlet channel.
EFFECT: reactor design makes it possible to improve efficiency of processes in progress due to synergetic combination of two separate effects coming from mechanical mixing.
