FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the wood processing industry. Device comprises loading unit, mechanism that pulls compression pressure, including elastic element, which is periodically connected to air system and feed mechanism. Additionally it comprises heating chamber, loading unit is arranged in the form of frame units, every of which includes base with stands and support rollers at the borders of base for displacement along arched guide beams rigidly fixed on frame in loading zone. Feed mechanism is arranged of double-chain transverse conveyor passing through heating chamber with rigid fixation of loading unit frame blocks on it. Mechanism that pulls compression pressure includes support angle fixed in stands of frame unit with the possibility of displacement along vertical line and elastic element in the form of pneumatic chamber arranged on base of frame block between its side walls and arched bars from spring steel for pressing of packets from boards to stands along horizontal line, which are arranged evenly along base length with installation in lugs fixed on base and support angles.

EFFECT: invention simplifies loading, accelerates process of boards gluing into lumber and improves quality of items.
