FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to control over boundary layer at aerofoil of aircraft wing, helicopter rotor blade and blower blade. Aircraft wing comprises slat, flap, slat can be extended from closed position into working position, flap is made with top and bottom controlled shutters. Behind the wing slat in the wing there are holes provided to allow entry of ambient air inside the wing; inside the wing in the holes there installed are fans accelerating the movement of air supplied through the holes and directing it to upper and lower shutters of the flap. Fans are fixed on slat inner part to take part of air from space between slat and wing to accelerate it and to eject it along wing top surface toward trailing edge.

EFFECT: providing the forced accelerated movement of air flows along the wing surface, which can provide an uninterrupted laminar flow of the aircraft wing at low speeds and high angles of attack.
