FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: check valve comprises body with inlet and outlet nozzles and seat, lock, spindle and damping device screened with filtering insert and equipped with mechanism of fixation in inlet nozzle. Damping device is arranged from arched ribs with holes and ring-shaped elements. Ring-shaped elements are installed in rib openings. Valve design makes it possible due to movable ring-shaped elements that vibrate in flow of working medium for the filtering insert to self-clean, thus preventing development of water deposits on insert.

EFFECT: improved safety of operation of existing nuclear power plants with liquid coolant, provision of quality filtration of working fluid without reduction of hydraulic characteristics of pipelines.
