SUBSTANCE: proposed circuit breaker comprises fixed and movable contacts, cut-off spring, free release spring, cut-in magnetic core with coil, primary armature, free release armature and holding magnetic core with coil. Additionally, the circuit breaker comprises holding magnetic core with coil. Note here that free release armature is arranged to act on movable contact while primary armature acts on free release armature.

EFFECT: reduced cut-off time.
