FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: voltage converter comprises additionally two voltage dividers (9, 10) and (11, 12) each being made up of two resistors connected in series. It has adequately configured protection circuit and incorporates stabiliser diode (16) and resistor (17). Said protection circuit doubles as a stabiliser at minor deviations of voltage and load from ratings.
EFFECT: simplified design, lower costs and higher reliability.
