SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of ingredients, extraction of cocoa husks by liquid nitrogen with miscella separation. Yacon is cut, dried in microwave field and roasted. Rye grain is fried, mixed with yacon, the obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. Then the pressure is released until the atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and cryomilling of it in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain flavoured coffee drink instant powder out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
