SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing instant powders for flavoured coffee drinks. Method provides for preparing recipe ingredients, extracting almond blossoms by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting girasol, drying it in a microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting, roasting acorns and mixing them with girasol in mass ratio of 1:1, impregnating the obtained mixture by separated miscella along with raising the pressure and releasing pressure until it equals the atmospheric pressure along with freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
