FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to genecology. After diathermocoagulation, used is device made from fluoroplast and containing cap in form of cylinder 4 cm long and 4 cm wide, on whose perimetre perforated holes are made. From one side cylinder is closed hermetically, from the centre of closed part projects round rod, 7 cm long with radius 0.5 cm, on whose end fixed is handle, edges of open zone being rounded and bent in semilunar way ourwards. On internal walls of the device gauze bandage soaked with medication is placed. Device is introduced into vagina and under manual control is put on cervix.
EFFECT: method allows to ensure delivery of medication locally on cervical canal and cervix without displacement of medications, discharge of formed exudate after diathermocoagulation, to reduce trauma of cervical canal and cervix walls.
