SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, devices for physiotherapeutic effects of liquid and medicinal solutions in the treatment of dental, otorhinolaryngological or gynecological diseases. Device for hydrotherapy includes a manipulator with a replaceable nozzle, a container for the working solution, a valve, a pump-compressor with a power circuit that allows adjusting its performance, a heater for the working solution and a thermal sensor controlling its temperature. Tee is connected between the pump and the manipulator, and the valve is electrically controlled and connected to one of the tee outlets connected to the manipulator. Pressure regulator connected to the circuit is connected to the second output of the tee, the regulator output is connected to the reservoir via a spout. Electrically controlled valve is connected to a voltage pulse generator with the ability to adjust the pulse repetition rate. Heater of the working solution is made in the form of a flexible plate and is fixed on the outer surface of the bottom of the container. Temperature sensor is located inside the tank and is combined with the sensor level of the working solution, the outputs of which are electrically connected, respectively, to the power supply and indication circuit of the heater and pump-compressor according to the feedback principle.

EFFECT: invention allows the mechanical removal of the bulk of pathogenic bacteria from the mucous membranes and improve regional blood circulation in the pool of treated tissues, increase local immunity and provide anti-inflammatory action.
