PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING POWER ELECTRO-TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT FILLED WITH OIL Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B08B3/08 B08B3/02

Abstract RU 2387492 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in diagnostic study, and in flushing and drying insulation of active part of power electro-technical equipment by means of sprinkling heated transformer oil in vacuum or incomplete vacuum. Diagnostic technical study is carried out before cleaning, during cleaning and upon completion of cleaning. On base of obtained diagnostic data there are specified parametres of flushing and drying; insulation of active part of equipment is performed with continuous circulating transformer oil during 20-30 hours at temperature 40-70°C. Further washing additive is introduced into heated dry oil and flushing solution is produced; insulation of active part of equipment is flushed with continuous circulating flushing solution during 20-30 hours at temperature of flushing solution 60-75°C; then there is carried out vacuumising and heating the active part of the equipment with flushing solution by repeated cycles; also residual pressure of air is maintained at 0.4-0.9 at during 120-360 hours. Tangent of angle of dielectric losses of flushing solution should not escape accepted limits from 3% to 10%. Flushing solution is drained; final vacuumising is performed to residual air pressure 0.8-0.9 at, and transformer oil is poured into equipment; also washing solution is constantly dried and cleaned from mechanical impurities during insulation cleaning; parametres of each cycle of vacuum cleaning are corrected depending on current values of characteristics of insulation of active part of equipment.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of cleaning at simultaneous maintaining all electro-technical and mechanical parametres of given equipment.
