FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) for production of plastic items comprises casting mould (2), which has at least one cavity (11), where at least one casting channel (14B) is arranged, besides this device comprises facility (18) for extrusion to supply a certain amount of at least partially plasticised plastic into casting channel. At the same time between extrusion facility (18) and at least one cavity (11) of casting mould there is at least one buffer chamber (13) arranged to accumulate plasticised plastic (24), which arrives from extrusion facility (18). At least buffer chamber (13) is equipped with at least one displacing element (21) for extrusion of plasticised plastic (24) from at least one buffer chamber (13) into at least one cavity (11) of casting mould. At least one cavity of casting mould comprises at least one movable part of wall for limitation of the first volume, moreover, this part of wall is shifted into position, in which according cavity of casting mould has the second volume, which is more than the first volume. Method for manufacturing of plastic item in cavity of casting mould, in which some amount of fully or partially plasticised plastic is introduced into cavity of casting mould. Plastic is plasticised fully or partially in extrusion facility and then is introduced at least in one buffer chamber, from which some amount of plastic is introduced into cavity of casting mould, using displacing element of plunger type. Device has mould for its application in device according to invention or method according to invention. At the same time one supply channel is arranged in the mould, and it includes at least one buffer chamber for accumulation of fully or partially plasticised mass of plastic.
EFFECT: device for manufacturing of plastic items in casting mould may be simple in design and efficient in use, and also provides for the possibility to achieve complete filling of at least one cavity of casting mould at relatively low pressures.
